Drama: 9/19/11

1. Grades are posted. All student have until this Friday to make up all zeros before he zeros become permanent at the end of that class day, 9/23.


2. Students were informed on the point and purpose of improvisation warmups.


3. Students were given pointers and examples as to how to generate ideas about an object/prop that they will use.


4. Leadership students were first called on, given a prop, and performed their improv. Each is given a different prop at the point they got on stage.


5. We began calling on L1's, but will have to finish next class.


6. Students were given their group assignments for the step it up pantomime. They were also given the requirements and expectations to copy. The requirements will be the basis for the grade and has a writing component which can be done by each group.


7. Students were given the scene choices and some time to talk with their team members to choose.


8. Some time was given to make up bag introductions and other make up performances.
