-Do pages 145, 146 in the grammar workbook. Correct your own paper with the graded sheets in the front of the class.

             -Do pages 154-156 A in the grammar workbook. Correct your own paper with the graded sheets in the front of the class. Students must study the materials

        ** Bell Ringer 10/16/14
              -Do pages 160, 161 in the grammar workbook. Correct your own paper with the graded sheets in the front of the class. Students must study the materials!

1. Students are turning in the Canterbury Tales project late for one letter grade off each day it is late.
a. The assignment sheet is to be the contents page to their assignment. They must turn in all on the list in the order of the list. (W, I, O, R)
2. Students must complete reading and doing assignments on 8 stories beyond the ones required for the compare/contrast essay project.
3. Extra credit possibility:
- Write a half page or more essay about homecoming. You can cover anything in any direction. I'm looking for clever, creative, and/or complete description; insight; thoughtfulness; organization.
4. The analytical work on the other Canterbury Tales stories is due Monday and Tuesday of next week but will be taken all the way up to Friday, 10/17/14
5. Updated grades are published. Students are encouraged to make up missed work.
