Drama: 5/2/11
- Students did a thorough discussion of the recent play of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Discussion included the importance of improv, staying in character, costumes, sets, props, and more
- The class created a composite Foley plan by going through the entire play and identifying, from everyone's suggestions, what sounds were needed where.
- A master list of the composite was created and copied for all students.
- The next phase will be to identify which recorded sounds are already available, which recorded sounds need to be adapted, and which sounds need to be manually created.
